I’m a mixed-methods UX researcher dedicated to uncovering the “why” behind user behavior before solutions are developed, ensuring designers and engineers create products that truly meet user needs. I believe that if our cultures and identities are so critical to who we are and how we behave, they should be an integral part of research in HCI.
